West Bay Club FREE Prize Draw!

Book any stay to arrive at the West Bay Club in February 2012 and you will automatically be entered into our FREE prize draw to win a complimentary weekend break here with us!

The prize consists of:

  • A 3 night weekend break in any 1, 2 or 3 bedroom cottage (maximum of 6 people)
  • Full use of our leisure club and spa facilities
  • FREE ferry crossings to and from the island

The break can be taken at any time during 2012 except May half term, October half term and August. The draw will take place early on March 2nd.

As guest numbers are much lower in February than the peak season you have a great chance of winning this fantastic FREE weekend!

Terms & Conditions

General
1. These terms and conditions together with any specific rules set out in Prize Draw Notices (as defined below) are the Prize Draw Rules ("Rules") and apply to Prize Draws included on the West Bay Club website. By entering a Prize Draw, entrants agree to be bound by these Rules.
2. The Prize Draw is organised by The West Bay Club.
3. The West Bay Club reserves the right to cancel or amend the Prize Draw, the Prize Draw Notice or these Rules at any time without prior notice.
4. In the event of any dispute regarding the Prize Draw, the decision of The West Bay Club is final and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into.
5. The Prize Draw winner will be drawn on the 2nd March 2012 and the winner will receive a weekend break for up to 6 people in a 1, 2 or 3 bedroom cottage.
6. The holiday can be taken any weekend in 2012 except May half-term, October half-term and August and is subject to availability). The holiday includes free ferry cost for car and passengers.

Qualifying Entrants
7. To qualify for the Prize Draw you must be resident in the United Kingdom and have booked to stay to arrive at the West Bay Club during February 2012.
8. All entrants must be aged 18 or over in the United Kingdom.
9. Employees of The West Bay Club, or any company involved in the Prize Draw, are not eligible to enter. The West Bay Club reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all entrants.
10. By entering the Prize Draw, you hereby warrant that all information submitted by you is true, current and complete.
11. The West Bay Club reserves the right to disqualify any entrant if it has reasonable grounds to believe the entrant has breached any of these terms and conditions.

Prize Draw Entries
12. Only one entry per person.
13. If two separate bookings have been made for two separate visits, both bookings will be entered into the draw.

Prizes
14. Prize winners will be chosen at random unless specified otherwise in the Prize Draw Notice, from all qualifying entries.
15. Prize winners will be notified via telephone only within 7 days of the Prize Draw. Any invalid telephone numbers or address will be discarded.
16. Prizes are non-transferable and there is no cash alternative. The West Bay Club reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value at any time.
17. Prizes are awarded at The West Bay Club's discretion and no prizes will be awarded as a result of improper actions by or on behalf of any entrant.

Intellectual Property Rights
18. In consideration of The West Bay Club agreeing to consider entrants to the Prize Draw, each entrant hereby assigns to The West Bay Club the complete copyright and all other rights in any entry, which shall be for the full period of copyright. The West Bay Club shall be free to assign such rights to third parties.
19. Furthermore, any information submitted by you must be personal to and relate specifically to you. You hereby warrant that the information which you submit and/or distribute will not infringe the intellectual property, privacy or any other rights of any third party, and will not contain anything which is libellous, defamatory, obscene, indecent, harassing or threatening. If relevant, The West Bay Club reserves the right, but not the obligation, to screen, filter and/or monitor information provided by you and to edit, refuse to distribute or remove the same.

Liability
20. The West Bay Club cannot accept any responsibility for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrant entering the Prize Draw or as a result of accepting any prize. The West Bay Club is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software failure of any email or entry to be received on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet, telephone lines or at any web site, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to entrant's or any other persons computer or mobile telephone related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials in the Prize Draw. Nothing shall exclude The West Bay Club's liability for death or personal injury as a result of its negligence.

Data Protection and Publicity
21. Any personal data relating to entrants will be used solely by The West Bay Club for marketing purposes and two third parties for the management of the prize draw; these third parties are: Barsbank Limited, who will manage the draw, and Nobull Communications Limited who will manage the awarding of the Prize. We will not disclose to any other third party without the individuals prior consent.
22. The Prize Draw winner will agree to provide limited publicity material including a statement and photograph (at no cost to the winner) for the West Bay Club's marketing purposes only.
