Our wide range of up to date facilities and comprehensive class timetables ensure we have something for everyone. You could join a high energy activity such as aerobics or cardio-kick or, alternatively, you could choose a more gentle ‘mind and body’ experience such as Yoga or Pilates to increase flexibility, agility and build strength.

FITNESS SUITE
In our Fitness Suite you will find a wide range of state-of-the-art Technogym cardiovascular and resistance equipment. This includes treadmills, cross trainer, upright and recumbent bikes, fixed weight machines, cable machines and free weights. We also have Concept 2 rowers for that extra cardiovascular experience.
